What happens next

  1. We respond within one business day with three or four times to choose from.

  2. You pick a time. We send a calendar invite with a quick agenda.

  3. We meet - 90 minutes, in person if you're in Auckland or by video if not. Block the time firmly; we'll need the full 90 minutes.

  4. Within 24 hours of the conversation, you'll receive a written summary of what we discussed and (if appropriate) a proposal for next steps. No follow-up beyond that unless you ask for one.

Whether or not we end up working together, we will tell you what we see in your practice and what we'd do about it. The conversation is useful in itself. That is the promise.
